During 2017 the historic Gumbuya World theme park underwent a $50 million upgrade. Introducing touchscreens to their operations was a key strategy in this transformation.
Touchscreens Melbourne was approached to assist with a complete park-wide solution to improve efficiencies for the business and customer experience for visitors.
The solution included a variety of our products - from digital signage and advertising through to way-finding and displays to make park information more accessible to park patrons.
Given the theme and water park environment there was many specific stipulations and requirements in the brief requiring customized and bespoke touchscreen solutions in many instances.
Gumbaya Park needed to ensure their regularly updating information could be delivered park-wide through a number of outdoor water-rated and sunlight-readable interactive screens. Menu boards containing point-of-sale integration were also introduced for their food and beverage services.
